Artmakers invites anyone interested in creativity to participate in a group workshop, to explore themes of spirituality. We will express ideas from both a personal perspective as well as draw on diverse cultural traditions.

The workshop will first establish an atmosphere of fellowship to explore these themes, setting the tone and making space for diversity. Our main focus is on the process and the practice of collaborative creativity. ‘Expertise’ is not necessary because everyone can contribute and ‘have a go’. Exploration is the key.

We will be using a variety of media. Artmakers will provide some basic materials, but please bring your own art supplies if you have some and can supplement our resources.

Upon completion of the workshop, the group can decide whether the artwork we produce will have a ’second’ life – for example, exhibition, donation, collection, having further gatherings etc. But a destination is not strictly necessary.

Pre-booking is essential, so please make a commitment to attend or notify cancellation early enough to allow us to offer this opportunity to someone else.
Group workshop limited to 15 people.

SATURDAY SEPT 21, 1:00 – 6:00pm.
